Built in 1992 and renovated in 2019, Walnut Creek Athletic Complex contains nine fenced, halogen-lit diamonds with skinned infields and hybrid grass outfields.

Emergency medical services are located approximately 1.5 miles from the complex. The complex has basic first aid and AED (automated external defibrillator) equipment available.

Walnut Creek Athletic Complex is home to the City of Raleigh Adult Softball Leagues for both the spring and fall seasons.
Walnut Creek Athletic Complex includes a food truck plaza, which provides the concessions for the complex during tournaments and City of Raleigh League play.
