Help to Pay Your Water Bill is Available, But You Must Contact the City Now

Raleigh Water extended its suspension of water account disconnections longer than required by the COVID – related State of Emergency. Disconnections for non-payment have started again. You may be subject to disconnection of your water services if you have a past due balance. Customers who are on an active payment plan will not be disconnected.

It’s not too late to assure your water stays on, start a payment plan today!

 

Help Paying Your Water Bill

For assistance with your water bill and help setting up a payment plan.

Customers who are on an active payment plan will not have their water disconnected.

“What we need our customers to do is to reach out to us now so that we can get them connected to the assistance programs and get them set up on a payment plan,” said Raleigh Water’s Eileen Navarrete. “The last thing we want to do is cut off somebody’s water.”
