Capital Blvd. North Corridor Study

A vision and specific policies to guide investment and development

The Capital Boulevard North Corridor Study is complete! The result of the study is a plan report called “The Capital North Corridor Plan: A Future of Choice”. In the report, you will find proposals for public investment and future development on Capital Boulevard between I-440 and I-540 (map). The recommendations are based on the data, analysis, and community input that was collected during the two years of the study. The project team has created an interactive website to show the proposals from the report (online story map). These proposals are also summarized in a short handout available in English and Spanish. The Final Report Appendices are linked in the Project Information section at the bottom of this page. The Comprehensive Plan Amendments webpage has amendments associated with the plan.

You can submit your comments using the online Engagement Portal. If you have any questions, please contact John Anagnost.
